Soon after I discovered Mauro Nervi’s Kafka Project, I sent a link to my man in Hamburg, Erni Bär. Erni did such a great job translating Time Adjusters into German, I’m hoping he will have a go at translating some Kafka into English. Here is his reply, so far:

I can deliver this mini story for a start. Another short one will follow after a while.You can give “The Next Village” to the project if you dare. Back in Hippie times all cool intellectual dudes used to smoke up reading Franz Kafka. A real crazy experience, only to be topped by the writings of William Burroughs! All best from BODHIDHARMADADA
